Gail has a BA in economics from New York University, an MBA in finance and investments from the Baruch Graduate School of Business, and the CFP® certification from the College for Financial Planning. Gail holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations as an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®.

Gail is a recognized expert in financial planning, having been quoted in the media, including the Wall Street Journal in an article on working with clients who come into sudden wealth; the International Herald Tribune; and the book, The Secret Code of the Superior Investor, written by James Glassman, a former financial columnist for the Washington Post. Gail was also quoted in an article in InvestmentNews entitled, "Boomers ask advisers about retirement income tactics."


Gail stepped down as president of the Fairfield/Westchester County Chapter of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America but continues her involvement as a member of the Board of Trustees. In July 2012, she and her daughter, Jessica, completed the Napa to Sonoma half-marathon to raise funds for CCFA and received an award for being the number-four top fund-raiser out of more than 600 participants nationwide. Gail is active in community organizations that teach children about financial planning and is a member of the Financial Planning Association, Greater Hudson Valley Chapter.
